Eugene W. Baylor list, envelope, and letterhead, 1861-1865.

This collection consists of four items including a twenty dollar C.S.A. bill, an envelope, and two pieces of letterhead. On the reverse of the twenty dollar C.S.A bill is written a list of campaigns in Louisiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, and Georgia from Forts Jackson and St. Philips, Louisiana to Jonesboro, Georgia. A note at the bottom reads, "E. W. Baylor, Lieutenant, Capt, 1st (?) La. Arty. Major (illegible) 1861-1865." The envelope is addressed from General Beauregard to Major Baylor. The letterhead is from a United Confederate Veterans Camp and reads "General Turner Ashby Camp, State of Virginia Department, No. 22,...United Confederate Veteran Camp No. 240...Winchester, Virginia."
